As a Professional Senior Mechanic and Maintenance Planner, I've excelled in both underground and open-pit environments, including high-profile projects at Venetia Mine, Amandabuilt Mine, and UMK Mine. Throughout my career, I've held key roles such as Technical Coordinator, Customer Support Hub Specialist, and Maintenance Manager, overseeing a diverse fleet of 40+ machines, including CAT, BELL, KOMATSU, JCB, Bobcat and many more. Currently, as a Customer Support Manager in Southern Africa, I lead teams in optimizing support services, addressing technical challenges, and ensuring client satisfaction.
